    Sorry. Currently, TurquoiseSky.com has a virtual catalog. The entire product selection is online, we do not have a physical catalog.

Since most of our turquoise products are highly rare and ran out very fast, you want to be the first to be notified when new products arrive. We do not rent, sell, or share your personal information.   3. A:When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

    Q:

    Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment. Currently we direct customer to Paypal for final transaction, so if may be something wrong with Paypal as well. If you see error "contact Paypal Webmaster" etc, it is Paypal problem, please contact Paypal Customer Service or try to place an order sometime later. We can always help you if you encounter any problem. Contact Us.

  4. A: Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

    Q:

    Unfortunately we are unable to combine multiple orders or add additional items to an order once it has been placed. We are only able to cancel orders and/or cancel selected item(s) before the order has shipped. Once an order is canceled, it may take up to 24 hours before you are able to place a new order for the same items. Please note, if you cancel your order, you run the risk that your selected merchandise will be out of stock.

            5. A: How do I change the shipping address or cancel my order?

Q:

Please contact TurquoiseSky.com at  contact@turqsky.com within 24 hours if you need to change the shipping address or cancel     your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to make             changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order. You will be responsible for inputing the right shipping address to get the parcel.

  1. A:What does TurquoiseSky.com charge for shipping an order?

    Q:

    We provide the most economic shipping rate based on a flat $2.99/$3.99 for most of our products under 1 pound. For product price over $100 or product weight over 1 lbs, the shipping rate varies from $9.99, $19.99 to $29.99. We use USPS priority or Fedex ground as our carrier.

  2. A:How long will it be before I receive my order?

    Q:

    For standard shipping, please allow up to 72 hours processing. You should receive your order within 5-14 business days. The waiting time varies based on where the stock it. 5 business days shipping from San Francisco, 2 weeks shipping from China.

  3. A:Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

    Q:

    At this time orders may only be shipped to US States and Territories. Please Contact Us if you want international shipping to countries outside USA.

  4. A:Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    No. For security reason, we will decline the orders that ship the PO boxes or Military APO/FPO address. Your shipping address must be a physical address. Paypal will check your address to make sure it is a valid address,

    Q:

    Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the My Account. The order confirmation email will be sent after the order is accepted.

  1. A: How do I return my order?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 40 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. To return your order simply log into your account, check the order number and the SKU number containing the item(s) you wish to return, then send us a message about returning the product. We will issue refund to you once we received the item you returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. The original shipping fee is not refundable.

    Our books, press publication  sale are non-refundable but can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Our and digital goods like online catalogs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    For product over 1 lbs or product price over $500, 15% of original sale price will be charged for restock fee.

    No matter the item is shipped from China or San Francisco Bay Area, costumer can just return them to our USA location.

    it may take up to seven days for your return to be received by the warehouse. Your return will be processed within 72 hours of receipt.  You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. The refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
